22:16
We will have time for questions at the end, but you can also ask them in the chat

25:20
Will there be restrooms available to use?

26:42
will we have to wear masks the whole time until we go on?

27:16
Excellent questions, keep asking anything you are not sure about!

27:22
will you be taking out the glass rink side to allow for extra space to spread out for practice ice

27:55
How early can spectators come?

28:14
CHFSC.com

28:44
what about little skaters who need help with their skates? can a parent come back and help?

28:47
What about skaters that are too young to put on thier skates by themselves?

29:02
Spectators may only be present for the skater's event.

29:20
A chaperone may assist skaters who need help.

29:42
My skater has two tests back-to-back. is testing at 10:53 and then has her next warmup at 11:05, test at 11:30.

29:46
But like how long before you compete can they come so they can be seated and everything

30:06
They may take their seats when the group warms up.

30:15
does she just loop around to the Ready Area right after the first test?

30:55
The test officials will direct her. The test session will be slightly different.

32:09
what if a skater has a symptom? will they be turned away if they don't have a fever?

32:21
what about practice ice? the same rules?

32:45
If there's any reason to believe a skater is ill, they should stay home.

33:03
Practice ice will follow the same rules.

34:23
to clarify, how early should skaters arrive for practice ice? 20 minutes?

38:23
As far as spectators go, is there a limit on number of family members that can watch their skater?

39:06
No, there is not a limit.

39:09
so warm ups can be mask free too ?

40:03
one restroom?...for each gender?

40:05
how early can we arrive?

43:21
to clarify, spectators can only watch their skater or can they watch the group?

43:45
are spectators limited to family? what about skaters who want to watch friends?

43:57
how will the test session be different from the competition?

44:02
How soon after we compete do we get the awards?

44:05
Are coaches limited to time in the rink?

44:36
how will we get rewards if we have to leave right after we are done?

44:44
Thank you Emily for the info. It was pretty clear! We are ready.

45:05
If a skater has two practice ice sessions back to back, will they be allowed to remain on the ice ?

45:18
Awards will be ready between 30 and 50 minutes after the event. If you need to leave immediately, we can arrange to get it to you later.

47:15
Do we just go into the park to wait for the awards then?

48:07
You can wait outside or leave for a bit and come back.

48:56
Do we still get the welcome bag?

50:11
There will be a skater gift and a pin.

50:51
do you get one for testing and one for competing?

51:22
I'm confused about practice ice: Is it separate from their scheduled performance...or is it associated with it (ie 20mins before their event)?

52:08
The test session will be run separately. There will not be credentials or stickers for that.

52:16
got it.. thx

52:32
where do they wait for the practice ice?

52:44
Will coaches be allowed to remain at the rink in-between their skater’s events?

54:01
They will wait in the lobby for practice ice.

54:09
ok

54:28
were do we put our bags will we compete

54:49
do the spectators need to use a specific door to enter and exit?

55:56
Spectators should enter through the upstairs doors. We are trying to keep the rink area for just the skaters.

56:08
will they have an individual place to put their masks when they go on they ice?

56:37
Will health screening and coach check-in be available prior to the start of practice ice? When would it be best for coaches to arrive to help the competition run smoothly?

58:22
If you plan to watch 2 or 3 events that are right in a row do you still need to leave after the 1st event?

59:42
will spectators need to do the health screening?

01:03:27
will there be a virtual option to view the event?

01:04:02
No. We are not able to make it available. You may video the event for family if necessary.

01:10:16
Hi all - I have to jump off but I appreciate all the work Emily, Erin and Reed (+ team) have done to make this event happen (and letting U.S. Figure Skating learn from the experience), Emily said it best, need to approach this competition with flexibility and grace. So pleased there is a return to competition in Utah! On a side note, if any one has any questions re: qualifying/Championship Series, please send us an email at events@usfigureskating.org. Best of luck to every one this weekend!

01:10:43
Thank you Mia!

01:13:09

01:13:42

01:13:49

01:14:02
The schedule is on Entryeeze.

01:14:56

01:15:44
